The quality control in BaSJa product, we have three steps
All the products meets GS, CE, CB, UL, ETL, SASO, ROHS and
EMC.compliance. Of course, ISO 9001:2008 certificate available.
Our BSCI report and B.V audited report on scene prove our
commitment to social and environmental responsibility.
1. Quality control for components:
our quality control team inspect each component by 100%, before entering workshop. Especially we focus on each part of the quality of raw materials, every product must be selected strictly by our QC. We prefer to paying close attention to the source of control. Baishijia product go to the unqualified supplier for coaching and improving by one-to one, and we also do some audits to go to our suppliers at regular period. For the supplier offer us the important drivers, we always appoint the professional QC to go for technical control in their factory.

3. Quality control for production process:
our standard rice cookers we test it by 100% high voltage test, dry-burning, boiling water test, cook rice &keep warm for 24hours, and we control the good quality well before package. During production, we also settle specialized QC to supervise and inspect the products.
4. Finished product and outgoing quality control (OQC):
finished product in the warehouse, we settle specialized FOC to spot check the product.
